We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your product. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)

  • The product must be returned in a resellable condition

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
